Answer legal questions before clients call, under your attorneys’ names.

People search their legal questions long before they hire a lawyer, and increasingly they ask AI first. The Refinex Content Engine publishes plain-language answers sourced from statutes, courts and government bodies. An attorney reviews and signs every piece before it goes live.

What your buyers are asking

These are the kinds of questions individuals and businesses with a legal question put to search engines and AI assistants. For your business, the engine measures how often each is searched and asked of AI in your markets, and checks which sites ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Claude cite today.

How it works

How the Content Engine works for Legal

  1. 1

    Research first

Demand in search and AI assistants for your markets, the pages ranking today and what they miss, and the sites AI cites now. When legislation or court rulings change the answer to a common question, the engine catches it in its 90-day scan and updates or publishes accordingly.

  2. 2

    Written from credible sources

Every statistic is verified with a named source, year and link before writing starts. In your industry, that means:

    • Statutes and regulations
    • Court and tribunal guidance
    • Government legal-aid and justice departments
    • Bar associations and law societies
  3. 3

    Guardrails that fit your industry

    • General information only, never legal advice, with a clear note to speak to a lawyer
    • No case-result or outcome claims unless your firm supplies and approves them
    • Never cites or names other law firms
    • Competitors and any domain you rule out are never cited, linked or named
    • No invented results or figures: anything unsourced is cut
  4. 4

    Reviewed, signed and shared

Each draft arrives with a live preview and its sources listed. It publishes only after a licensed attorney at your firm approves it, under your byline, with an original image, structured data and an FAQ. Then the post you picked goes out on LinkedIn and Meta.

FAQ

Legal: common questions

Does the content comply with legal advertising rules?

Rules vary by jurisdiction, which is why an attorney at your firm approves every article before it publishes. The engine never states case results or promises outcomes, and you can add any prohibited phrasing to the guardrails so it is checked on every draft.

Can it write for our specific jurisdiction?

Yes. You set the geography, and articles cite the statutes, courts and agencies that apply there. Content is never hedged across jurisdictions in a way that would confuse a reader.

Whose name appears on the articles?

The attorney who reviews it, or your firm, whichever you choose. A named attorney byline with author structured data builds the trust that legal searches depend on.

Does anything publish without our approval?

No. Every article arrives as a draft with a live preview and its sources listed. A person on your team approves it, requests changes or rejects it. If no one acts, the draft closes itself after four days instead of publishing.

How much does the Refinex Content Engine cost?

Launch is $1,200 a month for 12 articles, and Growth is $2,250 a month for a new article every day. Agencies running the engine for several sites get a custom quote.
