Own the local questions buyers and sellers ask.
Buyers and sellers research markets, costs and the process long before they choose an agent. The Refinex Content Engine publishes local, sourced guides under your agents’ names, so your brokerage is the trusted answer in your markets.
What your buyers are asking
These are the kinds of questions home buyers, sellers and investors put to search engines and AI assistants. For your business, the engine measures how often each is searched and asked of AI in your markets, and checks which sites ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Claude cite today.
- What are closing costs for a seller?
- Is now a good time to buy in this area?
- How do I prepare my house to sell?
- What does a buyer’s agent cost?
- How long does it take to sell a house?
What the engine would write for you

How the Content Engine works for Real estate
- 1
Research first
Demand in search and AI assistants for your markets, the pages ranking today and what they miss, and the sites AI cites now. Spring and fall markets, rate changes and new local rules drive searches. The engine publishes ahead of each season and refreshes market pieces as new data is released.
- 2
Written from credible sources
Every statistic is verified with a named source, year and link before writing starts. In your industry, that means:
- Official housing and statistics agencies
- Real estate boards and associations
- Mortgage and lending regulators
- Municipal and tax authorities
- 3
Guardrails that fit your industry
- No market predictions presented as fact
- Never names competing brokerages or agents
- Competitors and any domain you rule out are never cited, linked or named
- No invented results or figures: anything unsourced is cut

Reviewed, signed and shared
Each draft arrives with a live preview and its sources listed. It publishes only after a licensed agent or broker approves it, under your byline, with an original image, structured data and an FAQ. Then the post you picked goes out on LinkedIn and Meta.
Real estate: common questions
Can each agent have their own byline?
Yes. Articles can publish under the agent who reviewed them, building each agent’s profile while the content lives on your brokerage site.
Can it write neighbourhood and city guides?
Yes. You set the markets, and the engine writes local guides using official data on housing, schools, transit and taxes, with nothing presented as a prediction.
Will it use our own listing data?
Only what you supply. The engine does not access MLS data on its own; market figures come from named public sources.
Does anything publish without our approval?
No. Every article arrives as a draft with a live preview and its sources listed. A person on your team approves it, requests changes or rejects it. If no one acts, the draft closes itself after four days instead of publishing.
How much does the Refinex Content Engine cost?
Launch is $1,200 a month for 12 articles, and Growth is $2,250 a month for a new article every day. Agencies running the engine for several sites get a custom quote.
