Turn your firm’s expertise into authority.
Clients choose consulting, accounting and advisory firms on trust, and they judge expertise by what you publish. The Refinex Content Engine researches and writes expert articles from primary sources, and each one publishes under a partner’s name after they approve it.
What your buyers are asking
These are the kinds of questions business owners, executives and finance leaders put to search engines and AI assistants. For your business, the engine measures how often each is searched and asked of AI in your markets, and checks which sites ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Claude cite today.
- When should a small business hire a fractional CFO?
- What changed in this year’s tax rules for small companies?
- How much does a management consultant cost?
- Do I need an audit or a review engagement?
- How do I prepare a business for sale?

How the Content Engine works for Professional services
- 1
Research first
Demand in search and AI assistants for your markets, the pages ranking today and what they miss, and the sites AI cites now. Tax deadlines, budget announcements and rule changes create predictable peaks. The engine publishes ahead of them and explains changes as they happen.
- 2
Written from credible sources
Every statistic is verified with a named source, year and link before writing starts. In your industry, that means:
- Tax authorities and government departments
- Accounting and professional standards bodies
- Official economic and business statistics
- Independent research institutions
- 3
Guardrails that fit your industry
- General information only, never individual advice
- Never cites or names other firms
- Proprietary methods stay protected: articles show expertise without giving away what you sell
- Competitors and any domain you rule out are never cited, linked or named
- No invented results or figures: anything unsourced is cut

Reviewed, signed and shared
Each draft arrives with a live preview and its sources listed. It publishes only after a partner or senior advisor approves it, under your byline, with an original image, structured data and an FAQ. Then the post you picked goes out on LinkedIn and Meta.
Professional services: common questions
Will articles give away our methodology?
No. The engine is built to demonstrate expertise without publishing the parts of your process you sell. You decide what is protected, and that line is applied to every draft.
Can partners put their names on the content?
Yes. Each article publishes under the partner or advisor who approved it, with author structured data that connects the expertise to them and to your firm.
Does it keep up with tax and regulatory changes?
It scans for what changed in the last 90 days when choosing topics, and the weekly refresh updates older articles when rules or figures change.
Does anything publish without our approval?
No. Every article arrives as a draft with a live preview and its sources listed. A person on your team approves it, requests changes or rejects it. If no one acts, the draft closes itself after four days instead of publishing.
How much does the Refinex Content Engine cost?
Launch is $1,200 a month for 12 articles, and Growth is $2,250 a month for a new article every day. Agencies running the engine for several sites get a custom quote.
